My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted sweet Lila from our local shelter when she was only 8 weeks old. She has been a wonderful addition to our home and we are heartbroken about rehoming her. Recently, she and our existing dog have been fighting to the point that they are hurting each other. We have sought help from our veterinarian and trainer but have been unable to find a source of the issue. At this point, it has become clear that neither can live with the other and have a happy, healthy life.

Lila has a lot of energy and is very playful! She is now nearly 2 years old (DOB: 1/15/23). She has gone through training and knows basic commands. Our trainer has indicated that she is eager to work and could be trained more intensely if desired. She loves snuggles and often forgets that she is 60lbs of solid muscle. We believe that she would do best in a home where she would be the only dog and could soak up all that affection. She has done well with our four kids, but should be kept away from cats or poultry.
