Meet Abby!

Abby is a young Lab mix that was found as a stray, and brought to our shelter for a safe place to stay. After no one came forward to claim her we started getting her ready for adoption. We are estimating Abby to be 1 - 2 years old, and she currently weighs 45 - 50 pounds. She is a very sweet, active girl that is looking for a family that can spend time exercising her, taking her for walks/runs, and working her mind with basic training and commands. Abby is a very smart and is very willing to please for treats, and toys. She has done well meeting all people including kids! Due to how excited she can be to meet new people she may be too much for little kids but she just can't contain her outgoing, bubbly personality sometimes. Abby does have a docked tail, but we are unsure if she was born that way or if it was done by a previous owner. Either way it gives her a unique look! We have not tested Abby with other animals yet, but a meet and greet with any current dogs in the home is recommended before finalizing an adoption.

Abby's adoption fee is $200, and she is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, microchipped, and she will be kept up to date on monthly prevention for fleas, ticks, and heartworm while in our care.
