My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tucker! Tucker came to us around Christmas time last year. One of our fosters took her daughter to the doctor and saw him across the street super skinny eating out of a garbage bag. Despite everything he has been through, he approached her without hesitation. After being sure he did not have a microchip. He was neutered, given all of his shots and tested for Heartworms. Unfortunately, he was positive. So while he waited for his heartworm treatment, We worked with him to get him into the perfect home, This boy is crate trained, Leash trained, And For the most part house trained, He listens to basic commands. He goes into his crate when he’s told if you tell him kennel, he will go in his kennel as well.. He love love loves children, Being pet playing ball and playing with other dogs.If you were looking for your number one, best friend, look no further, Because you have found him! He is almost ready for his new home, close to the end of his heartworm treatment, and he will be ready to go to his new homes soon! If you’re interested, please submit an application

More about this rescue

We, at Deep South Canine Rescue, love our fur babies more than anything on this earth. Day in and day out we bend over backwards making sure they have anything and everything their hearts desire and to make sure they're ready for a forever home. In return, we get more love than most people get in a lifetime. Rescue work is hard, it takes a team of very passionate and committed people. It is a lifestyle that requires you to make sacrifices for the good of the pups, and we never think twice. As long as our babies are healthy & happy, we are happy.
