Meet Penn.
He is ready for adoption. He is about 3 to 4 months old and was found alone outside in a rainstorm. He loves other cats, but what he loves even more are people. He is looking for his forever person or family so he can rub on your legs and give you all the head butts. He also gives tiny kisses. He loves to curl up in your lap. I
Even though he is young, he’s very calm and will play quietly on his own, but prefers to follow you from room to room and is just happy to be near you. He is truly a people kitty.
