This sweet baby was rescued from an intersection in Chapel Hill. His foster took him to the vet and was planning to keep him. Her roommate is allergic, and so, she brought Bluey to Beautiful Together. He is so incredibly sweet and super curious. His big blue eyes will melt your heart.
