Chloe was picked up as a stray who is believed to have been dumped. Chloe is a sweet girl who has a lot of energy. We're working on basic manners with her. Chloe seems like she was adopted as a puppy, but no training or work was put in to her. Chloe is smart and picks up on things fast. Chloe is dog friendly and loves people. Chloe would do best in a home with another dog who could show her the ropes.
