My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nyah is a sweet senior girl who deserves a second chance at life. She can be a bit shy at first, but she really wants to be loved. Nyah knows how to sit, lay down, and shake. This sweet girl is full of surprises, in a good way. Nyah likes to play with balls, with occasional treat breaks, of course. The thing she loves the most is being brushed. She would be content to just lay there and be brushed for hours on end.  Will you open your heart and home and give this sweet senior girl a home. â¤ï¸‍

More about this rescue

Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all breed, NO KILL, animal rescue organization, incorporated in August 2015. We are a primarily volunteer driven group with a number years experience with animals and rescue. Our mission is to rescue, foster, rehabilitate and rehome, abandoned, abused and unwanted animals in Willows and Chico, California.

We rescue animals at risk of euthanasia in shelters, as well as those surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We are committed to helping the most needy, as well as the readily adoptable.
