Bio: sweet Nacho found himself in a shelter in Texas after living with an elderly woman who had to go into hospice care. He is a sweetheart who just wants to be snuggled! If you have a blanket that he can burrow under ..he will be your best friend! Men can be scary to him at first...but he does like cheese...so he can be won over with that! He will be a little spicy at first to them tho! He's doing great with doing his business outside! He was quiet all night long too!! He wasn't crated..just gated in the kitchen with a snuggly blanket and bed. I guess he loves to snuggle in bed with u ..so that will be tried tonight!!â¤ï¸

Submit Application

Home Check

We ask for a virtual home tour (pictures or videos) Can be submitted through the application or when we contact.

3.
Interview

We will discuss what your looking for and if the current pet fits that or match you with someone who does . Done via phone.

4.
Approve Application

There is 3 days from time of approved app to determine a meet and greet

5.
Meet the Pet

All household members must be present and any current dogs.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Fee is paid. Adoption photo (if adopter is okay with ) is taken

7.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We keep our applications on file for a year. We try very hard for the best match all around. Definitely can switch the dog you applied for if a better fit is found.
