My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the King of Our Heart, Leo!! Leo is the sweetest border collie mix puppy! With a regal presence and a playful spirit, Leo is always ready for adventure, whether it's a fun hike, a game of fetch, or just lounging around with his person. Leo's a quick learner, crate-trained and house-trained, and eager to please. He loves his long walks and trips to the park, where he can unleash his playful energy! Leo is friendly with other dogs, enjoys meeting new people, and loves showing off his affectionate side with plenty of cuddles and kisses. With his curious nature and charming personality, Leo would make the perfect loyal companion for an active family or someone who enjoys the great outdoors. If you're looking for a best friend who's both fun-loving and sweet, Leo is ready to be your ultimate sidekick!

More about this rescue

Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based rescue with dual bases in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building. Our incredible network of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and a small but mighty staff work together to save dogs in the areas where shelters are under the greatest stress, and unite them with loving adopters ready to give them the lives they deserve.
