This sweet girl, had a home at one time, She is a sweet GSD/husky lady. This girl doesn't like smaller dogs and needs a laid back dog her size to hang with, probably a boy would be best friend choice. respectful kids, and no cats. She is good on leash and laid back.**Please fill out an application found on our website under "adopt a pet" and send it in to start adoption process.**

More about this shelter

Van Wert is a small rural community. The Van Wert County Humane Society has seen hard times in the past but since the Humane Society is under a new board, things have changed for the better and we work hard to care for and adopt the animals at the shelter. We have a small base of volunteers that will come and spend time with the animals at the shelter. We take donations of any sort, and the Humane Society is 501c3.
