My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Raider: The MVP of Cuddles and Play! **

Attention, cat fans and sports enthusiasts! Introducing Raider, the ultimate feline superstar looking for his forever team! This sweet male kitten is ready to tackle cuddle time and score big with his playful antics.

Raider is all about teamwork, especially when it comes to playtime with his siblings. Whether it’s a game of chase or a fierce battle with a feather toy, this little champ knows how to bring the fun! He’s not just a solo player; he thrives in a social environment and gets along great with other cats. Plus, he’s warming up to kids, making him a solid draft pick for families!

With an adventurous spirit and a heart full of joy, Raider is always ready to explore new territories—be it the depths of your couch or the heights of your bookshelf. When it’s time to relax, you’ll find him snuggling up for some serious bonding time, making him the perfect cuddle buddy after a long day of study or sport.

If you're looking for a furry companion who embodies the heart of a champion, Raider is your guy! Don’t miss your chance to bring this little MVP home. Let’s make some winning memories together!
IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.

Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adopt

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.

ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location.

Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transport

We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.November 3, 2024, 9:26 pm

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
