Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Sweet Pickles: Your Future Feline Flavor Bomb!**

Introducing Sweet Pickles, the delightful orange kitten who’s as irresistible as her name suggests! This little cutie has a zest for life that’s sure to spice up your home. Picture this: a whirlwind of soft, fluffy fur zooming around your living room, a playful burst of energy that’ll keep you entertained as she turns every corner into her own personal playground.

Sweet Pickles is a true connoisseur of relaxation, expertly combining her energetic zoomies with luxurious cat naps in sunbeams. When she’s not racing around, you’ll find her perched by the window, observing the world like a gourmet chef surveying their kitchen. She loves watching the hustle and bustle outside, her little tail twitching with curiosity!

This sweet girl is a cuddle enthusiast, always ready to snuggle up and enjoy some quality time with her favorite humans. She’s great with kids, making her the perfect addition to any family recipe for happiness. If you're looking for a furry companion to share your culinary adventures and cozy evenings, Sweet Pickles is ready to take her place at your table—because every meal is better with a side of love!

Bring home Sweet Pickles and add a dash of joy to your life!
IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.

Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adopt

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.

ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location.

Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transport

We understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
