BEAUTILUL 6 YEAR OLD GERMAM SHEPHERDS

All dogs are located in Southeast Arizona between Benson and Willcox just south of Interstate 10. It is approximately 2 1/2 hours from Tempe and one hour east of Tucson.

Prospector is a beautiful wonderful six-year-old boy that only weighs 58 pounds which makes them a perfect portable size.

Prospector is a German Shepherd that was found by an individual while she was out for a walk with her dog. He was found with another dog. Both dogs were taken to Maricopa County in hopes of finding their owner. Nobody came looking for them. When Fedwell Farm Rescue heard Prospector was in need of Rescue. We were thrilled and happy to bring this boy into our rescue. We are not sure what happened to the other dog.

Prospector needs a few lessons on the leash as he pulls a bit, but he is wonderful, he gets along with other dogs and has been a true angel in his foster home.

Prospector is housebroken, he’s friendly, he is just a fantastic, terrific boy that is ready to share his love with his humans.

We specialize in Australian Shepherds and Australian Cattle Dogs (Queensland Heelers), although we do have other dogs available. We do some farm animal rescue depending on our available space.
