My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable tabby girl is the sweetest, most loyal kitty you’ll ever find, and she’s seeking a forever home! If you can’t adopt or aren’t a good match for her, please help by sharing her post! Brownie has a heart full of love and a purr that will melt your heart. She’s a gentle soul who loves nothing more than being close to her human. She’s incredibly affectionate, always ready for a cuddle or a nap in your lap. Her favorite pastime is curling up next to you while you read or watch TV, purring contentedly, as she soaks up your love.

Brownie has a unique charm with a characteristic bend in her tail and a little rip in her ear, both reminders of her brave journey surviving outside in a trailer park before she was rescued. Despite her tough past, all she wants now is to snuggle up on the couch with you and be your constant companion. She just wants to be near you all the time, offering endless cuddles and affection.

Brownie is estimated to be about 3 years old, and she is currently living in a foster home in the Columbus area. She has been spayed and microchipped. She’s also current on vaccinations. She tested negative for FeLV and positive for FIV.

Though Brownie is FIV+, she can be around other cat-friendly kitties. However, she would prefer to be the only kitty in your life, and she promises to give you all the love and companionship you could ever need! If you’re looking for a single pet and have the time and desire to form a close bond with a feline friend, Brownie is the perfect match for you!

If interested in meeting or adopting Brownie, submit an application at https://www.forgotten4paws.com/adopt-adoptform. Email contactusforgotten4paws@yahoo.com with any questions. Go meet their pets

Since we have no physical shelter, our cats and kittens live in our small network of foster homes. We utilize newsletters, social media, and websites such as Adopt-a-Pet to advertise the available cats/kittens. We also sometimes bring foster kittens/cats to the Easton PetSmart on weekends to meet potential adopters. If you are interested in meeting a particular cat, please submit an application online, and then email us to inquire about how to meet the cat.

More about this rescue

Forgotten 4-Paws is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), 100% volunteer-run animal welfare organization with a focus on cats & kittens in the Central Ohio area. Our small group has no physical shelter and utilizes foster homes for rescued cats awaiting adoption. We also maintain several feral communities. We have three goals: 1) reduce suffering by promoting the sterilization of companion and homeless animals, 2) promote better care and understanding of animals through education, and 3) aid in the adoption of homeless animals.
