Hello there, I`m Franny. I`m a bit shy, but don`t let that fool you. I`m sweet as can be. I love quiet afternoons, sunbeams, and soft whispers. I`m not one for loud noises or fast movements. I prefer a calm environment where I can relax and be myself. I`m not a kitten anymore, but I`ve got plenty of love to give. I`m just waiting for the right person to share it with. Why should you adopt me? Well, I believe everyone needs a little Franny in their lives. I promise, if you give me a chance, I`ll be the best friend you`ve ever had. More about this shelter

The Windsor/Essex County Humane Society was founded in 1926 and incorporated in 1949. The Humane Society has a publicly-tendered contract with the City of Windsor to provide animal control and basic shelter services in the City. This is only a portion of the work done by our organization. In 2016 almost 12,000 animal came through the doors of our shelter and spay/neuter clinic. We can’t help them without your support.
