My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marcia Brady - female

37.6 lbs as of 10/25/24

DOB 7/24/24, 4 months old

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and absolutely adorable companion, Marcia Brady is ready to bring some charm into your life! This one-of-a-kind mixed breed beauty has a big nose for sniffing out fun, gorgeous brindle fur, and floppy, hound-like ears that add to her irresistible character.

Just like her namesake from The Brady Bunch, Marcia is a natural star—friendly, confident, and always happy to make new friends! With her gentle St. Bernard side, she has a warm, nurturing personality that makes her a true “big sister” type. She’s great with people, adores attention, and will happily soak up all the love you have to give. Her hound spirit brings out her playful side, and she’s always ready for a sniff-filled adventure or a cozy cuddle.

Marcia would make the perfect addition to a home that wants a loving, loyal, and joyful companion. If you’re ready to add a little “Marcia, Marcia, Marcia” to your life, come meet her today! She’s waiting to find her forever family and is sure to bring lots of love and laughs to her new home.

More about this rescue

The Canine Compassion Fund, Inc. (CCF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  The CCF was established to help meet some of the specific needs resulting from canine overpopulation.  After extensive research several distinct areas were identified as needing immediate as well as long term attention and the following mission statement was developed -

The mission of the Canine Compassion Fund, Inc. is to provide lifetime care and enrichment for surrendered or abandoned senior canines in a specialized facility and through a "forever foster" program; to help reduce the population of homeless canines through adoption and spay neuter programs; and to provide responsible pet ownership education to the public.
