Oscar is 5 years old and was found on the street at 6 weeks old in our neighborhood. He's a sweet cat but has issues with our other 2 male cats. One of our cats is elderly and Oscar is bullying him. Oscar was great in the beginning with the other cats but he is now spraying in the house. We've tried the plug -n pheromones and other behavioral therapies over the past year but nothing has helped. He uses the litter box perfectly well so we think he will be fine in a home without another cat or with a dog. He loves our female dog. We really love Oscar but he's making our other cats miserable.
