My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

~~THIS IS A COURTESY POST. THIS DOG IS **NOT** IN THE CARE OF THE ALTERNATIVE HUMANE SOCIETY. PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY AT drewkartes@outlook.com FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR INQUIRIES. THANK YOU~~

This is Clementine!

She is a sweet 1 year old Cattle Dog mix who is microchipped, UTD on vaccines, spayed and potty trained. Unfortunately, she has not gotten along with the resident cat in the house and we believe it is in her best interest to be in a cat-less household.

Clemy is a very cuddly baby girl. She loves blankets, pillows, her puzzle toys, and tummy rubs. At first she was a little anxious when left alone but now she settles down quickly and enjoys being able to take up the entire couch when napping. She is a minimal barker, an enthusiastic companion, and has the added perk of having massive ears that convey her every thought and feeling (the tips also bounce when she walks).

She was previously fostered with other dogs and kids. We believe with a slow intro she would fit in quite well into a family or multi-dog home. She is very playful and enthusiastic with the dogs she sees and meets but a meet up would be best before living together to ensure a good relationship.

She’s a medium energy gal who enjoys her play time and daily walks but has no problem with naps and cuddles at home. She has learned sit, down, leave it, stay, and come quite quickly though she still needs some work on her loose leash walking and recall. Though with lots of patience and treats we have no doubt she will get there.

We really want her to find a perfect forever home and would welcome the opportunity to tell you more about her.
