Chanel is a sweet and affectionate 2-year-old Rottweiler mix with a heart full of love and a personality that shines. She greets her friends with a happy, whole-body wag and a calm, friendly demeanor that makes it clear she’s thrilled to be with people.

Chanel is the ultimate companion in the yard, with soft eyes and a relaxed posture that show just how much she enjoys her surroundings and the people in them. She’s also a treat enthusiast and takes them so gently! Ever the charmer, Chanel has no problem nudging the treat pouch for more, and she’s quick to show off her skills—she knows “sit” and “down,” and she’s excellent at hand targeting. Her favorite thing, though, is being petted, and she’ll nudge you for more if you pause mid-scratch, soaking up every moment of affection.

When meeting new faces, Chanel may start out a little shy, but she warms up quickly with a few treats and a kind voice. On her recent park outing, Chanel enjoyed exploring and sniffing, soaking up all the new smells. In quieter places like the training room, she’s her calm, charming self, happy just to be close to her people.
