It is unknown how this poor dog got into the condition he was found. It’s believed it was by the hands of a human. He has no muscle mass to his body which makes his skull look sunken in and he is just skin and bones. It is unsure if he has an underlying medical issues but he has a great appetite and a great personality considering how he was treated. This is just another heartbreaking abandoned dog story. He truly breaks my heart but he is now in good hands where he will get the care he needs. He needs a special family to love him and care for him for how ever long he may have left.
