What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
This is Mulberry. She's incredibly cute, cuddly, gentle, and just a little chatty. It would be a dream to keep her, but the cost of her care is well out of my budget. Ideally, I would keep her and receive financial support for her care. Or, if a forever home presents itself, I'd give her up for the perfect place.
She's had some issues with seizures, and I'm investigating the cause, but can't afford more vet bills.
I began fostering Mulberry as a favor for a neighbor; I later learned the cat had been "left" to me. The former owner wants to wash her hands of the cat--and the last thing I want to do is put her in a shelter; she deserves so much better than that.
She's around 4-5 and thrives as an only cat. She's litterbox trained and loves to play. When I wake up, she's usually curled up on the covers, looking like a little ball of fluff. She'll greet you at the door and crawl into your lap for all the snuggles.
Please reach out if you or someone you know might be her forever home.
