Ladies and Gentlemen, this wonderful girl is Rosa. She was found as a stray, so we do not know her previous history. While being here with us, she has shown she is an excited little girl full of love to give. She has energy to burn and loves going outside to run around. Toys are a favorite for Miss Rosa. She will need some help with her potty and leash training, as well as learning basic commands and manners. She's a smart little cookie, so we think she'll catch on quickly. We are a full service, open door shelter located in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. We take any and all animals in need of shelter. The shelter also provides a full time Humane Society Police Officer to enforce the animal cruelty laws in PA.
