Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Amarilla!
Amarilla is a sweet Doberman mix who came in with several of her siblings. She is a little more shy than her siblings and is looking for a family to cherish her, and hold her face gently in their hands as they tell her she's a good, wonderful, and brave dog. Amarilla loves to play with her stuffed toys and relax in the sun. She has lived with other dogs before and always perks up when she sees one of her sibling friends, she would likely do best in a home with a helper dog.
**Amarilla is currently in foster care, if you are interested in her please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and email cshamgochian@parl.org**

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
