Hey there, my name is Petunia! I was hand selected for K9's For Warriors service dog program from Camden County Humane Society and passed all my initial tests with flying colors! Since arriving at K9s in June of this year, I've decided I would rather be a family companion over having to work for a living, due to being a bit nervous meeting new people. I am sweet girl who would thrive in a quieter home where I could have a human buddy 24/7 as being alone isn’t my favorite. I have lots of energy and dream of a backyard to help me get out my inner zooms with my human or dog friends. Making new dog friends is a favorite, but I do better with those who have a rough and tumble playstyle, like me! My love language is chewing, so extra supervision is needed with my softer toys. I do love to run and chase things, so a home with cats unfortunately would not suit me. I am crate trained, spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and eagerly waiting for my forever home.
