Hello, I'm Marley! I'm a young Female Lab looking for my new family.
I used to be an outdoor dog and spent most of my time living outside. I did come indoors to spend some quality time with my folks, but I definitely enjoyed the great outdoors. I got up to a bit of mischief and liked to torment the chickens and cats.. It was just so fun to chase them because I didn't really have set boundaries not to, so moving forward, a home without small animals would be best for both me and the other little critter.
I'm a bit nervous of other doggos, and my previous dog friend and I didn't always see eye to eye over sharing resources. I'm not a trouble maker by any means, I just think it would be best for me to be around a dog friend that will respect my bubble the same way I would respect theirs.
I do well with humans, though I do tend to come off shy at first. It might take me a little bit of time to sniff you, get some yummy treats, and realize there's nothing to be scared of. This world is very big and scary to me, so adjusting to a new home might require some patience, but I'm hoping in a quiet and respectful household I will do great with some TLC.
If I'm the girl you've been searching for, then please fill out an application so we can meet!!
