Cider (GA)!

Cider (GA) is a male Pit Bull Terrier mix estimated to be 7 weeks old at the time of intake in mid October 2024. Cider is up to date on core vaccinations (age-appropriate) and is microchipped. He will be neutered prior to joining his forever home unless there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDRNYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time). Cider is good with people of all ages and other dogs. We received a plea from a shelter asking us to rescue Cider, and our hearts shattered when we saw the obvious cruelty Cider has suffered in his very short life. Cider came to us with horrific burns all over his back which required emergency treatment and continuous care. Cider will remain with our veterinary partner while he receives all of that veterinary care and lots of TLC too! Despite his injuries, Cider is a very sweet, affectionate pup. We would like to have Cider's forever family waiting for him when he's all healed up.
