Tri-paw Alert!! Sweet Petra came to us with a very broken back leg that could not heal. She is a sweet and amazing kitten and remained that way even when she was in pain. Her leg was amputated but she didn't miss a beat and has no clue that she is any different. She is all healed and ready for her forever home. She would like to go home where people are home a lot and have an existing playful cat. She loves to sleep with her people and can on a cold night be found under the covers with them. Cat Tales Rescue NC is the nonprofit rescue arm of Cat Tales Cat Cafe, which provides a unique and invaluable avenue for adoptions. The Cat Cafe environment allows us to get to know each cat and adopter individually enabling us to set adopters up for success which leads to happier adoptions. Even previously overlooked cats get a chance to shine at the café. At the Cat Cafe, cats get adopted quickly, which allows us to be efficient and cost effective, but most importantly, cause the least amount of stress on the cats.
