Raya is as loyal as they come! She is a super affectionate girl that will rub her face against yours and wash all your stress away! She likes to be held and lay on your lap. Her purrs are loud and melts your heart. She gets along with other cats and likes kids. She is vaccinated and litter trained. If you need a companion to heal your soul and just make your days happier, then Raya is the cat for you!

The Shelby County Animal Shelter is a County office designed to serve the residents of Shelby County. They answer calls for stray dogs, complaints of dogs running at large, animal kills by dogs and coyotes, pick up stray dogs, answer humane complaints and reports of loose dogs.

The SCAS is open to people looking for a pet, looking for a missing pet, and those who just want to look at the animals. They accept dogs and cats from owners as well as strays, however a fee may be involved. They offer dogs, puppies, cats and kittens for adoption.
