Hi, everyone. My name is Possum. Well, that's what my foster dads call me, because of my color. I'm not really a possum. I'm a female Chihuahua mix, probably with some kind of terrier. Whatever it is, I'm 100% adorable. The shelter thinks I'm 6 yr old, but my teeth are great! so I might be younger. The good news is you don't have to put up with all of that puppy nonsense like chewing and barking and piddling on everything. At 10 pounds I'm the perfect size to fit on your lap or on your bed (hint hint). I love to be adored, so feel free to pet me as much as you like. At my foster house I've been living with five other dogs of various sizes, and I get along great with all of them, although I'm the middle of three girls here and I'm starting to feel a little bit like Jan Brady because my little sister is super cute and it's always, "Lillie! Lillie! Lillie!" Seriously, it's annoying. She gets away with EVERYTHING. Anyway, I digress, I don't know if I like cats or other animals because they don't live with me. And although I'm not at all hand shy and don't nip or bark at new people, I'm not sure if I get along with kids, but you could always brings yours to meet me and we'll see. My foster dads say I'm pretty much the perfect dog. I don't bark. I'm always happy. I'm not even afraid of the vacuum cleaner. Oh, but you need to have a secured area for me to play in when I'm outside, as I'm really inquisitive and might slip out if there's a hole under the fence. What else can I tell you about me? I'm a Sagittarius and I wish for world peace. Ha ha! Not really. But I do wish I'd find the person lucky enough to give me my forever home. There's a lot of love packed into my little body, and I can't wait to show you what a great friend I can be. Here are some photos of me, including some action shots of me rolling around in the grass, which is one of my favorite things to do. Obviously I'm gorgeous in these shots, but you should know that I'm even more beautiful in person. I have a really sweet underbite that makes me look like I'm smiling. And I should point out that it was really sunny when my foster dad took these pics, which is why I'm kind of squinting. He's nice and all, but trust me, you don't want him to take your Match.com pictures. Anyway, hurry up and come see me before someone else beats you to it.
