Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Podrick is a chi/terrier mix who was picked up by the warden at the park. He was running with his brother Pike. Both boys are friendly and love to go for walks and sniffs. They get a little bossy with each other but are ok with other dogs.**Please fill out an application found on our website under "adopt a pet" and send it in to start adoption process.**

More about this shelter

Van Wert is a small rural community. The Van Wert County Humane Society has seen hard times in the past but since the Humane Society is under a new board, things have changed for the better and we work hard to care for and adopt the animals at the shelter. We have a small base of volunteers that will come and spend time with the animals at the shelter. We take donations of any sort, and the Humane Society is 501c3.
