Meet Shadow – The Goofiest Snuggle Buddy Around!

Shadow is a 1-2 year old, 50lb Black Lab/Hound mix with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. This big goofball will keep you smiling with his silly antics and adorable charm. After a good round of play or exercise, he’s more than happy to snuggle up on the couch and soak up all the love you have to give.

Shadow is crate trained and already knows “sit,” and he’s working on mastering his leash-walking skills. While he’s a social guy with people, Shadow would do best as an only dog or with a calm, female doggy sibling to share his space.

To help Shadow and his forever family start off strong, See Spot Rescued is including 6 sessions with a certified dog trainer with his adoption. Shadow is also eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program, so you can see how perfectly he fits into your life before committing.

Shadow is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on core vaccines. He’s ready to bring his goofy personality, big heart, and endless love into your home—are you ready to meet your new best friend?

We have a strict adoption process. An adoption application must be completed and submitted via our website. A home check is mandatory. We also check all personal and vet references.
We need to feel confident that our animals are going to loving and benevolent homes that are financially stable. We require an adoption fee for each of our dogs. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and heart worm tested.
