Penelope scored herself a foster home in Illinois and has been adjusting to life in a home. She loves spending time outdoors and has been soaking up the warming weather. Penelope has so much love to give.
She can be a little skittish, but has been building her confidence. She does amazing on walking and doesn’t pull. She is fully potty trained and sleeps in her crate at night. She actually spends a lot of time in her crate by choice since she feels safe there. Penelope is fostered with kids and is so gentle with them, she’s also so good on walks the kids can walk her!
