Cat people have their priorities in order. Not everything in life is "all about the Benjamins". For some of us here, it's all about HAMILTON! You'd never know he came from a less than ideal start in the Boogie Down Bronx. The tender, naive, kind hearted soul that he is speaks volumes about personality and the fact that he (thankfully) fell into loving hands. Hamilton didn't wait for a proper introduction here to chirp and trill and let us know he knew all about love. Reaching for us and holding our arms in his paws, he loves to make gentle little cookies a mile a minute. A serious ham, he'll mug and flirt with those seafoam green eyes, inviting us to spend more time snuggling. You'll want to nurture and protect our kittenish friend, and he seems really gifted at filling our love tank in return.

At Paws Crossed, we believe that our mission is best fulfilled through rescue, rehabilitation, rehoming, advocacy, collaboration and education.

Paws Crossed is a private organization which relies solely on donations, grants and fundraising events for our income; we do not receive any Federal, State or Local assistance.

We are dedicated to being a true no-kill rescue. This means we will only euthanize for terminal illness or irreversible suffering. We are committed to saving as many lives as we can, while also providing the best possible environment for the pets in our care.
