My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ted is a striking black cat with a heart of gold. This gentle soul loves to lounge in sunny spots and enjoy life at a relaxed pace. He's the perfect combination of calm and cuddly, making him an ideal companion for cozy evenings at home. Ted has a sweet disposition and enjoys being around people. Whether it's sitting by your side or curling up on your lap, he's always ready to offer his love and companionship. He also enjoys gentle playtime with toys but is equally happy just soaking up attention.

My adoption fee is only $50! This fee covers all of my vaccinations, microchip, FELV/FIV test, and my spay/neuter!

More about this shelter

We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!

Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
