My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I`m Rose. I might be a bit reserved at first, but once I get to know you, I`ll be your loyal companion. My favorite things are gentle pats and peaceful walks. I`m an adult, so I`ve left all those puppy shenanigans behind me. I`m a good listener too, I promise to always be there when you need a friend. I`m just a simple dog with a big heart, waiting for someone to share it with. Why should you adopt me? Because every home needs a Rose to brighten up their day, and I promise to do just that.

Most of the animals that come to our shelter are either pets relinquished by their owners or stray pets found wandering in the areas we serve. Dogs and cats are the most common, although a wide variety of other animals may be found at the shelter as well, including birds, snakes, fish, hamsters and guinea pigs.
