My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hawthorn here. I am a 6-month-old short-haired sleek black cat with a beautiful coat and gorgeous yellow eyes. Hawthorn is a sweet adolescent kitten. He loves to snuggle up with the other kittens, and anyone here at the rescue. Hawthorn loves to stretch out long boy style, and will even let you rub his belly. Hawthorn and his brother-from-another-mother, Hosta, get along great and are often seen wrestling each other. They would make great housemates!

Hawthorn is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Hawthorn and all the other kittens his age can roam the rescue and play with each other. Hawthorn is a very friendly boy who just wants his dream home with his dream family. He’d love to go home with another kitten his age, or a little older.

Go meet their pets

Once your application has been approved, we will disclose the private address of the Foster who has the animal you're interested in. Our hours are based on our founder's availability, but it truly depends on the foster's schedule. Our fosters are all located in northwestern Wisconsin, and Shelli can be present if requested or she is available if the foster isn't herself.
