My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET KIP
5 Year - Male

Meet Kip, the heartthrob of the shelter, with big cheeks that are just waiting to be squeezed! This boy is a true charmer and sweetheart at heart, enjoying gentle pets and cuddles once he warms up to you! Kip loves to chat, often meowing to tell you about his day or share his thoughts and hopes for snack time which happens to be his favorite! Although he can be a little hesitant around new people, a few tasty treats will quickly win him over! If you're looking for a loving companion who appreciates the finer things in life, like snacks and affection Kip is the perfect match!

This handsome fella has been patiently waiting for his forever home!

More about this rescue

Partners for Pets is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue located in Troy, IL. Since our opening in 2003, Partners for Pets has rescued and re-homed over 21,000 cats and dogs, who would have otherwise been euthanized in local area animal control facilities. Partners for Pets works diligently to help local area animal control facilities reach no-kill status by opening our doors to the neglected, sick, weak, and injured. No matter their chances of survival, we do everything in our power to give these animals a second chance at life-a life that is full of the love, care, and compassion that they were lacking before.
