My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

NAME:
Charlie Watts

STATS:
Male, West Highland Terrier/ Poodle mix, 1 year, 15 lbs.

TEMPERAMENT:
Shy at first and warms up to friendly.
Friendly.
Active (puppy energy).
Playful, but not overly so.

SKILLS
Potty trained.
Crate trained.
Good with dogs.
Would make a great hiking buddy.
Has not been exposed to children (but we feel he would do well with children over 10).
Has not been exposed to cats.

MORE ABOUT ME:
Likes belly rubs.
Couch cuddler.
Likes playing with other dogs.
'Zoomies' lover
Would benefit from basic manners training.
Breed needs regular clippings.

ONE LAST THING:
Charlie Watts is an absolute Angel! He is very sweet, loving & playful. He adores cuddles, kisses & attention. He loves to gently roughhouse & do zoomies with friends so he would do best in a home with another dog around his size. Someone who works from home or is home a lot would be ideal. While he hasn't been exposed to children in his foster home we think he would do fine but kids over 10 would be best. He is fully dog-door potty trained & enjoys spending afternoons outside playing with his foster sisters & basking in the sun. He has lots of puppy energy & gets very attached to his 'people'.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned, abused, stray and neglected animals, primarily from high-kill shelters. We collaborate with other rescue groups and animal shelters to improve the lives of animals at risk for euthanisia. We work to provide solutions which seek to end the animal over-population and educate people to be responsible pet owners and "fur-ever guardians."
