Meet Kimchi! This gorgeous Burmilla mix was brought to our attention by previous BAA adopters. He started showing up in their yard and would meow at their window, seeking attention and a meal. Once he started showing up regularly, they could tell from his sweet demeanor that he did not belong outdoors, so they reached out to us to help get him trapped and the rest is history! This sweet boy is so happy to be indoors! He's truly shown us how affectionate and playful he is and is ready for his own furrever home!

Kimchi is about 2 years old. He has been neutered, tested fiv-/felv-, is microchipped, treated for parasites, up to date on vaccines and ready to be loved!

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.

We hold Saturday adoption events at Unleashed by Petco in Park Slope and Petsmart on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn (check our website and Facebook page for more information) and have cats at Bushy Tails pet store in Bushwick and Petsmart.
