Meet precious Sweet Pea! She arrived at the shelter as a lost pup on 10/15, and she hasn't been reclaimed. We're shocked no one is missing this girl; she is a complete doll! The volunteers describe her as super sweet and loving. She is quiet inside her kennel, and she spends lots of time napping on her bed. She knows how to sit nicely for treats! We imagine she'll be more animated and playful outside of the shelter once she finds her new, forever home! The shelter is loud and overwhelming to many of the animals. While puppies are adorable, they're also a lot of work. Please make sure you have the time, patience, and energy to commit to Sweet Pea. If you're looking for a young, active dog to join you on all of life's adventures, please come meet this lovely lady!

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
