My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Big Peaches is one kitten in a litter of 6 from west Philadelphia. Their mother was unfortunately unable to care for them due to her complex medical needs and the decision was made to separate the kittens at the age of one week. All 6 kittens were successfully bottle fed by their fosters until they reached 4-5 weeks and were able to be weaned. The Cherry siblings have been raised in a busy house including a small dog, several cats, and many friends and family visiting and providing care especially in their early weeks. Bottle babies need extensive care beyond feeding. This includes assistance with going potty, cleaning and bathing, and lots of nurturing. The end result are kittens that are very attached to their human parent. These siblings love endlessly and will require an adopter who will play with them and provide endless kisses.

Peaches is still a baby, but will gaze at you with a soul that will melt your heart. He is curious and playful. His purr is soft and sweet. He is affectionate, athletic, cuddly, friendly, playful, and smart!

Big Peaches Cherry is around 3 months old and is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

It is Project MEOW's policy that kittens are either adopted with another cat or kitten, or go to a new family that already has a cat or kitten for companionship.

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
