Satchel is a friendly 8-year-old hound-mix with a pep in his step. This sweet senior dog came in as a stray but, sadly, no one ever came looking for him. Satchel seems to be in good spirits and feels well despite his situation and he may think this is just part of the adventure he calls life! Satchel desperately needs someone to step up and help move onto his next chapter though! The adoption fee is $50 and before Satchel leaves the shelter, he will be neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations! A0057080507-Satchel, 44 lbs., HW+, unaltered M

Caddo Parish Animal Services is an open-admission shelter meaning no homeless animal is turned away. Our goal is to reunite lost pets with their owners and when that is not possible, find a new home for them, provided that they are healthy and not aggressive.
