Meet Star, a gentle one-year-old mama cat who came to MSR with her adorable kitten, Twinkle, who is like a mini version of her! Though a bit shy at first, Star has shown that she will absolutely thrive in a quiet and peaceful home where she can feel safe and loved. She's already won the hearts of her foster family, including both the big and little humans in the house. Star has done well living with other cats, but she hasn't been tested with dogs since her focus has been on being the best mom to Twinkle.

If you're looking for a sweet and calm companion to add to your family, Star is ready to brighten up your home with her gentle presence. Consider adopting her-she's sure to be the shining star in your life!

The Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center (formerly the Riverside Humane Society) is an Adoption Guarantee Organization that takes in healthy, adoptable animals.

All of our animals are spayed or neutered, updated on all vaccinations and microchipped upon adoption. They enjoy indoor, comfortable kennels and are socialized by volunteers on a regular basis.

Our mission is to eliminate the suffering of homeless cats and dogs by:
