Meet Joe! He’s a sweet little black tabby that is affectionate, playful and adventurous. But, when it's time to wind down, Joe loves to cuddle and lay in your lap. His foster has both children and other cats and says Joe is great with them. This handsome boy can't wait to have a home he can call his very own.
