Himiko, Hime for short, is a 5-year-old female dog who loves to play and be around humans. She loves playing tug of war and fetch although she doesn't always want to return the ball! She is a cuddlebug and will sit right beside or on you if she can!
She grew up in a home with two adults and cats. She considers them her friends but they feel a little differently. She is potty trained, crate trained, and knows several commands.
She has been boarded before and gets along with dogs smaller than her. She is very excitable and has separation anxiety although it is manageable with toys, treats, and companionship. She was prescribed medication for it as needed such as holidays with fireworks.
She has been around children 10 years old and up and did well with them. She does not do well with infants or toddlers as she finds them stressful which is why we unfortunately have to rehome her.
She will come with her bed, toys, food/water bowls, and remaining food and/or treats.
