Alvin - Male DOB 4/15/2024 Domestic Short Hair - Silver Tabby

Meet Alvin. This five-month-old kitten is a lively kitten who loves to play and wrestle with other male kittens. His brothers already got adopted and went home together, so now Alvin is looking for a buddy to wrestle, play, and cuddle with.

Alvin sometimes can be a lap kitty, but he can also be a bit on guard with other cats until he gets used to them and settles in with them. He loves to eat and loves his wet food. His foster says he is a joy to be with. He will need to go home with another playful young cat or go home to another young playful male cat. He would be too rough playing with a female. Alvin can be food aggressive so you would want to make sure to feed their wet food away from any other kitties in your home until he learns it is ok and no one is going to steal his food.

Alvin would probably be fine with a cat-friendly dog or respectful children who understand how to be gentle around animals. Full of energy and affection, he is ready to bring joy and companionship to his forever home.

We require an application with references, there is no fee to fill out an application. Once approved a contract for adoption must be signed by the adopter and donation fee paid depending on the age of cat. All applications, contracts and fees are listed on our webpage www.furrr.org The application can be emailed to our adoption coordinator at adoption@furrr.org Please remember we are all volunteers with jobs and families, requests will be answered as quickly as possible.

FuRRR Feline Rescue, Rehabilitation & Retirement is a non profit 501c3, we are staffed by all volunteers and we are a no kill rescue. We rescue kittens and senior cats, some stay with us for a short time, others may be with us for the rest of their lives. The cats live in a cage free environment, with lots of towers and cubbies to play and hid and lots of love and care from our volunteers. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and have been combo tested.
