Meet Lucy! Lucy is about 6 months old, currently 27 lbs, and she may have some Lab or Cattle Dog in her mix! She was found abandoned with her sister. In her foster home, she is doing great with her house-training, crate-training but needs work with leash-walking. She could go to a home with other dogs, cats, and/or kids.
Her foster says, "Lucy is the sweetest girl! She is calm and relaxed. She does get a couple hours of exercise but enjoys chilling inside just as much! She gets along great with dogs of any age/size. I board dogs and have 8 permanent dogs of all sizes. I also have cats and a rabbit and she is friendly with them! She takes a little time to warm up and show her full personality. Once she does she's all over you though! She is fully crate and potty trained. She loves stuffy toys and will carry them around in her mouth. She loves being loved and is very food motivated."
She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on November 8th. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.
-Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises. -Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt. - More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com
