Ruby is a gem! She's a tiny little wire terrier mix with a heart of gold and energy for days. She loves attention and being held, but she also loves her toys and is an overachiever when it comes to the zoomies!
Ruby was found abandoned with her tiny newborn pups. She has brought so much joy to her foster home, along with her puppies, William and Harry. Now her pups are ready to find new homes, so Ruby is hoping to start a new chapter as well. She would love a forever home where she'll get all the love and attention she craves.
Ruby is very friendly but can bark when meeting new people (she gets very excited and even pees a little sometimes). She loves to give kisses to everyone! She is very playful and likes other dogs but can sometimes be a bit too "in your face" for some dogs. She would do best in a home with a tolerant dog who doesn't mind. Ruby hasn't interacted directly with cats, but does bark at the barn cats at her foster home. We suspect she might try to chase if she had the opportunity.
Ruby has been doing well with going potty outside but does have accidents occasionally and will need to continue working on that. She does very well in her crate.
