Nova: solid black, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 5/16/24, #19214 Luna: black/brown tortoiseshell, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 5/16/24, #19215
Cats: must have friend, great together! Dogs: yes Children: yes
BACKGROUND: Snuggles was found living under a trailer with her kittens; when they were lured out, it was clear they were all friendly, and their finder reached out to The Rescue House on the family’s behalf. Snuggles got to finish raising Nova and Luna in the love and safety of foster care and now they are looking for their forever people!
PERSONALITY: These kittens are both darlings! ---Nova is a super-curious, sweet, and energetic fellow. He wants to know what you are up to all the time. What are you making for dinner? What are you reading? What’s in that cabinet you just opened? Nova enjoys attention of pretty much any kind. He loves playing with toys, especially feather lure toys, or the Cat Catcher wire mouse. You’ll find him sleeping cozily in a basket but will also snuggle up with you at bedtime. ---Luna is also curious but in a more laid-back and demure way than her brother. She is a very sweet girl who seems to think things through before leaping right in. Given that, Luna might take a little longer to fully settle in to a new home, but when her full personality comes out she’ll shine. Luna likes lure toys and looking out windows while sitting in the warm sun. While not a fan of being held and carried around, Luna loves to be petted and will happily settle in for attention next to her people.
COMPATIBILITY: Both kittens need to have a cat companion and would love to be adopted together! They fostered with a dog, a couple other cats, a bearded dragon, and a 4-year-old toddler. They overall adapted well to the household, though Luna just tolerated the dog (and would prefer a lower-energy one) while Nova enjoys company of any kind.
Nova and Luna are looking for love and are ready to charm their people… maybe you?
