Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Born on July 10th of 2024, Melody is sweet as a song! This little lady was found on the side of a busy road in the northern part of NC. She was brought to our rescue as a tiny frightened kitten. She was virtually paralyzed with fear! With lots of snuggles and kisses by her foster mom, Melody has figured out that people aren't so dangerous. She takes a moment to warm up to people but just bring out the toys and she's right there! Fishing pole toys and crinkly foil balls are her favorite. Every day gets happier and happier for this little kitty. Let this little Melody be the song in your heart.

Cat Tales Rescue NC is the nonprofit rescue arm of Cat Tales Cat Cafe, which provides a unique and invaluable avenue for adoptions. The Cat Cafe environment allows us to get to know each cat and adopter individually enabling us to set adopters up for success which leads to happier adoptions. Even previously overlooked cats get a chance to shine at the café. At the Cat Cafe, cats get adopted quickly, which allows us to be efficient and cost effective, but most importantly, cause the least amount of stress on the cats.
